Banquet Room Rental Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering our banquet room for your upcoming event. With an extensive Banquet Menu and an amazing view, our banquet room provides the perfect venue for your party needs. We offer tailored banquet options that suit your specific requirements. Whether you prefer a full-service buffet package or would like to order à la carte, we’re here to make your event memorable.
1. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure the space and date for your event. (A deposit of $200.00 is required during the holiday season.) The deposit must be paid upon reserving, as we do not hold dates without one.
The balance of the estimated charges is due on the day of the event. Any additional charges incurred during the event are due immediately and must be paid by cash or debit/credit card. Checks are not accepted.
2. Guaranteed Confirmation
A guaranteed confirmation of attendance must be received no later than three (3) days before the event. If a confirmation is not received, the original estimated number will be used.
Total charges will be based on the actual headcount or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater.
3. Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 30 people is required for a buffet setup. For parties with fewer than 30 people, please inquire about alternative options.
To reserve the entire banquet room, a minimum of 45 guests is required. If the guest count falls below 45, Casa Machado reserves the right to rent the unused Banquet Patio Space for the same date and time.
4. Decorations
Renters are allowed to decorate the banquet room but MAY NOT use tape, tacks, or pins on the walls. Glitter, confetti, and balloons will incur a $30 room cleaning charge.
5. Children
Children should remain in the banquet room during the event. Please ensure that children do not play on the access lift.
6. Rental Period
The rental period is 4 hours: 1 hour for setup and 3 hours for the event.
7. Additional Banquet Options
If two or more banquet options are selected, there will be an additional charge of $3.00 per person. This fee will apply to higher-end buffet options.

8. Discounts & Offers
No discounts, special offers, or coupons are applicable to banquet options.
9. Bringing Your Own Desserts
You are welcome to bring your own desserts, including necessary supplies. If you would like us to provide plates, forks, napkins, etc., there will be a $20 fee.
10. Buffet Package Inclusions
Our buffet package includes:
• Paper table coverings
• (1) Soft drink per guest
• A dedicated server and busser
• Chips and red salsa served on the table
Please note: the buffet will be served based on the total number of guests confirmed. Once all guests have been served, we will not continue to replenish the buffet. This policy ensures we efficiently manage food service while ensuring each guest is adequately served. 11. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions listed above. The deposit confirms your understanding and acceptance of these policies.
